A: No canned answer—ask us about your specific piece and size. We’ll confirm specs with you.

Q: Do you offer repairs or resizing?

A: For pieces with natural stones, we do. For lab-created gems, we’ll do our best within a reasonable time after purchase, but ongoing service is case by case and not guaranteed.

Q: Is all your jewelry real gold and natural diamonds?

A: Yes, unless you specifically request lab-created stones (which most customers don’t find worth it). Nearly every piece is solid gold (never plated), platinum, and natural diamonds. We focus on authenticity and quality.

Q: Can I request lab-created gems or customize a piece?

A: Yes, we can accommodate lab-created gems or other custom requests. Just note: our main specialty and ongoing service is with natural stones.

Q: Why are your prices lower than traditional jewelers?

A: We keep costs low by operating online, with no retail markup or sales pressure. You get near-wholesale pricing on fine jewelry.

Q: Is shipping free?

A: Not for shipped orders, because we fully insure every package for your protection.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

A: Contact us right away if you need to update your address. Once an order is shipped, we can’t change the delivery address.

A: Yes! Tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll find the best options for your budget—often at a fraction of retail.

Q: Can you match or beat another jeweler’s price?

A: For legitimate jewelry, we usually are the better price. We don't match other stores though.

Q: Do you have a physical store?

A: No, but we will sometimes work with customers in person, (case by case).
