At Jewelry Mazal, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for items sold.
If your item arrives defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the item back. After confirming authenticity, we will repair or replace the defective item at no additional cost.
Cancellations:
Orders ship quickly. We cannot guarantee cancellation once your order is placed.
