A. Shipping Costs

Shipping is not free for shipped orders. All items are fully insured for your protection.
Flat rate: $99 per order (U.S. only).


B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off

  • Order Cut-Off:
    Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (GMT-05:00) are processed the same business day.
    Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day.

  • Handling Time:

    • In-stock jewelry: Ready to ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

    • Custom pieces: Production may take up to 2 weeks. Once complete, your item ships within 1–3 business days.

  • Transit Time:

    • All shipments: 1–9 business days in transit, depending on your location.

    • Shipped Monday–Friday only.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time:
    Most orders are delivered in 1–12 business days (handling + transit).
    Delivery estimates are based on the order time, handling time, transit time, and may be adjusted for public holidays.


C. Delivery Terms

  • We ship via USPS or UPS.

  • Signature required upon delivery for all jewelry shipments.

  • Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order is in transit.
    If you need to update your address, contact us immediately before shipping.


D. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, contact customer service right away at
orders@jewelrymazal.com or 718-635-0707 for prompt help.
